NETWORK OF TOURISM-RELATED SMES ALONG THE ESTRADA REAL

The Consultancy’s objective was to define, organize, and launch a new tourism network of public and private players to increase the competitiveness of tourism SMEs. The project included the institutional organization of the network, the development of a brand strategy for local products, the identification and organization of the portfolio, and the development plan for local tourism products.
