The restoration and re-development of the Eco-tourism Park at Kambalakonda aimed to restore the ecology and biodiversity of the region, improve recreation and educational value for the citizens of the larger Visakhapatnam area, support poor and vulnerable coastal families, build disaster resilience and restore/support lively hood opportunities in the affected area.

Phase – Ai: Design – will include assessment of the Kambalakonda landscape, formulation of a master plan for the Eco-park, and preparation of detailed plans/designs of activities/works to be carried out for restoration and redevelopment of the Eco-park.
