DESIGN OF THE TOURISM COMPONENT FOR THE SUSTAINABLE AND INCLUSIVE BELIZE PROJECT

The objective of the consultancy is to prepare a technical annex for the design of the tourism subcomponent of the “Sustainable and Inclusive Belize Project” (BL-L1041, US$15,000,000) with the relevant Belizean Authorities’ support; currently, it is in the initial stage of preparation. This includes elaborating recommendations for the design of the tourism subcomponent of the BL-L1041 program, including the potential for employment generation in the tourism sector, possible links between the tourism sector with the local agricultural sector, eligibility criteria for BL-L1041 tourism MGs and qualitative analysis of the demand for the proposed MGs
