Target Euro were engaged to help strengthen the Brazilian political federation (federal government, states and municipalities) in planning and implementing local development projects and integrated to support small producers through the growth of micro-enterprises, SMEs and cooperatives, by appropriating the good practices already implemented in the five Italian regions.
