UGANDA NATIONAL MUSEUM 5 YEAR STRATEGIC PLAN AND OPTIONS STUDY UG-PSFU-200010-CS-CQS

The overall goal of the assignment is to conduct an options study for a results-based  management and to develop the Uganda Museums and Monuments Strategic Plan for the Period 2022– 2026. The Strategic Plan should be consistent and aligned to both the Third National Development Plan (NDP III) and the Revised NPA Sector Development Planning Guidelines. The Plan will also be in line with regional and international development planning frameworks.

Most importantly, the Strategic Plan will be informed by an analysis of the costed scenarios for results-based management and financial sustainability for the Uganda National Museum, 3 Regional Museums and 10 Heritage Sites.
