The objective of this consultancy is to design a Tourism Matching Grant Program for SMEs in the tourism sector in the six tourism destinations outlined in the Comprehensive Urban Development Program for Tourism Businesses: Santa, Bocas del Toro, Boquete, Highlands, Pedasi and Taboga. Target Euro carried out a tourism sector diagnostic, the review and analysis of best practices, identification and analysis of market failures, and the prioritization of areas within the tourism sector.
