This Consultancy is to assist the TCIG with transforming the current Tourism Management Structure by transitioning the existing Tourist Board into a Destination Management Organization to coordinate and manage all aspects of the Turks and Caicos Islands Tourist Products to ensure the tourism industry has a net positive effect on the destination. The consultancy will also establish a Tourism Regulatory Authority that will set, monitor, and maintain standards for the various sectors within the tourism industry.
