Definition of the ‘Jesuit Route and Franciscan Walk’ and Business Plan; Organization Model and Operation Manual of a PMI tourist Network.
The TACPY (Touring club Paraguay) and the FT (Tierranuestra Foundation) implemented a development program for two tourist networks funded by the FOMIN/BID with the objective of strengthening local tourism, stimulating the involvement of the local population in the tourist market and to develop local cultural and natural heritage in the area of the Jesuit and Franciscan missions in Paraguay.
The project included the Central, Cordillera, Caaguazú, Alto Paraná, Paraguarí, Guairá, Caazapá, Misiones and Itapúa regions where Target Euro outlined a Business Plan for the two tourist networks, a portfolio of local tourist products, actual and possible questions referring to the products in both networks. Furthermore, we identified and analyzed the feasibility of a series of pilot projects in the area where the 2 networks operate, so as to allow for the development of natural and cultural resources for tourism, relating to the Jesuit and Franciscan villages.
Target Euro designed and analyzed a development project called ‘Lights and Sounds’ for the ‘Reducciones de Trinidad, inaugurated in August of 2009.
